PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF SOLOIST

MAXIM VENGEROV TO REPLACE LANG LANG 4 JULY 2017

The following statement was released by Lang Lang's agents earlier today:

"Due to continued physical therapy needed on the left arm, Lang Lang is forced to prolong the cancellation of concerts until the end of the summer. He apologises for any inconvenience caused and looks forward to returning to making music soon."

We are sorry for this disappointing news and hope Lang Lang makes a full recovery soon.

In place of Lang Lang's performance, we are delighted to welcome Maxim Vengerov to perform the Brahms Violin Concerto. The second half remains unchanged (Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 4).

If you have booked tickets for this concert you will have received an email from our Box Office, please read this email carefully before responding as we may be receiving a high volume of phone calls.
