The Festival Pass includes entry to all concerts and masterclasses from 29 July to 5 August.
There is a special discount of £25 for those adults who attended as full-time participants or observers in the past. Please tick the appropriate box on the form and tell us when you came before.
If the Festival is oversubscribed we will take early applicants first.
Certificates will be issued to fulltime participants and observers (those with a Festival Pass).
Standard accommodation comes with full board (3 meals per day) at St Hilda’s College. This includes lunch and dinner on 28 July and breakfast on 5 August. En suite accommodation (with a private bathroom) is available.
Attendees who share rooms will receive a discount (subject to availability; please contact us for further details).
If you would like to attend the Pre Festival (28July) with the option of private tuition please tick the box on the application form. Tuition will cost £75 per hour.

If you want to stay in St Hilda’s on 28 July please ask for accommodation on the application form. This extra day costs £52 for standard accommodation, and £68 for ensuite. This includes dinner on 28 July and breakfast on 29 July.
If you are buying a Festival Pass you can come to the evening concert on 28 July for a special price of £15. If you would like to take up this offer, please tick the box on the form.
Pianos are available for participants in the Jacqueline du Pré Music Building. Each student can have up to three hours practice time per day.
Observers must pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 upon application.

Observers and participants: full payment must be received no later than 8 July. Young Pianists and Trios: full non-refundable payment is due upon acceptance.
The deposit of £100 is not refundable. If you cancel before 8 July you will receive a refund of all but your deposit. If you cancel after 8 July you will not receive a refund.

Two outstanding first year students are featured in this year’s Young Artists Platform recital which showcases young perfomers from the Music Faculty. Both of these young artists stood out amongst their peers for their exciting performances and musical promise.
