Refunds

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the case of a sold out concert or cancelled concert. We reserve the right to change artists where unavoidable.

Book more concerts and save*

Book 3 - 5 concerts and save 15%
Book 6 - 8 concerts and save 25%
Book 9 concerts or more and save 35%

Group Bookings*

Book 10 - 24 tickets for one concert and save 15%

Pay what you can*

Tickets available for concerts to those who find cost a barrier. Call 01865 980 980 within the week prior to a concert. Own promotions only and subject to availability.

Concessions

Full-time students, unemployment benefit claimants and those whose sole source of income is a DSS state retirement pension save £5 on full price tickets. Under 18s, registered disabled and wheelchair users with one companion save 50%.

Children for £1*

Child-friendly performances, tickets £1 in the Upper Gallery. Suitable 6+. Subject to availability. Look for the logo.
