			1998 November the orchestra is founded by Marios Papadopoulos and makes its debut at the Barbican Centre, London, under his direction. Vladimir Ashkenazy becomes the Orchestra’s Patron


			2000 February the Oxford Philomusica performs at London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall


			2000 March the Oxford Philomusica makes its debut at the Salle Gaveau in Paris


			2001 February Patron Vladimir Ashkenazy appears for the first time with the Oxford Philomusica as pianist and conductor in a concert at the Apollo Theatre


			2002 April the Oxford Philomusica is honoured at 10 Downing Street with a reception hosted by Cherie Blair


			2002 November the Orchestra performs two concerts at the Megaron in Athens


			2003 May the Orchestra performs with Patron Vladimir Ashkenazy at St James’s Palace in the presence of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh




			2004 July The Oxford Philomusica appears at the prestigious Athens Festival prior to the Olympics


			2004 November The Oxford Philomusica performs at the Bridgewater House, London, in the presence of HRH The Prince of Wales


			2006 October The Oxford Philomusica makes its debut at Cadogan Hall in London
